Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at service@myfancylife.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

- Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.

- Refund will be released within 5 working days after packages returned to us.

What if an item is missing from my package?
What if my package was refused or undeliverable?
- Please confirm you enter correct and detail shipping address while ordering to avoid undeliverable situation. Costs caused by your moving (after shipping) will be covered by customer.
